We recently took a spontaneous day trip up to Napa for a bit of wine tasting and countryside, and wound up at The Carneros Inn for lunch.  Nevermind the food; I was most impressed by their modern farmhouse style patio.  Even though we were in wine country, all I wanted to do was sit back with a mint julep and watch the sun set.  The contrast of deep brown with bright white always wins me over, and the use of plant greenery as a bold accent color gives the whole area a relaxing feel.  I love the addition of a bocce court, a very nice architectural detail and fun way to spend a happy hour.
