Our New Garden

When looking for a new place to live, one of our requirements was outdoor space.  San Francisco apartments are generally lacking in this regard, even though we have fairly nice weather.  Needless to say, our new flat’s back yard was one of its most desirable features for us.  For the past few months it was nothing but dirt and a few bamboo trees, but we saw promise…

Today that promise finally rings true!  Our new garden patio was installed this week, completed only hours ago.  It looks marvelous in person and will become more and more lush and inviting once the plants add some growth.  There are plans to add a table, chairs and a grill, and we even added two horse troughs for our hopefully successful attempts at growing food.  I can’t wait to harvest some tomatoes and strawberries!
