I live a few blocks from this house and it is by far my favorite in the neighborhood. Designed in 2002 by LSArc, it captures the spirit of San Francisco architecture while also exploring modern minimalism and serenity. I love the combination of public, panoramic views in the front with a Japanese garden and private courtyard in the rear. If I could buy any house in San Francisco, it would be this one.
